Cheat Engine

Hi, I'm new in making trainer for a game . . i already read some tutorial that gave by people here and some random discuss, i having problem with set Max Offset and Max Level. How to know offset needed and max level needed when trying to get pointer and base address.
1. i tried 100000 with 16 level, it took 90 mins and not finish, so i stop and cheat engine stop working
2. i tried 3000 with 5 level, i got the pointer and every i teleport it changed also, but once i restart game the next rescan is gone . .

is there easier way to get base address, i got AoB already, and every i scan i got all value that i need, but i need to add it manualy .
