Cheat Engine

OK, I tried every basic fix on the forums, but none of them work (even uninstalled things like badlion client)
- Have reinstalled
- Uninstalled and Disables antivirus
- etc
I am guessing a program of some kind is blocking it but I have no clue what could be happening

Also program doesn't even appear in task manager for a moment when I launch it

reinstall badlion and then properly uninstall it. (don't just delete files)
then restart your computer (don't shutdown and back on)

if it still fails then boit into safemode snd scan your harddisk for badlion* and *anticheat* and delete all those files
