How do I cheat?

Hello everyone, hope you are having a wonderful day today.
Sadly I'm not, this is because CE is refusing to start up.
I have uninstalled the AV, windows defender doesn't recognise it as a threat, I've restarted pc multiple times, I have emailed DarkByte, but he is obviously busy so here I am on the forum.
I've searched for various solutions on google, but the program doesn't start up.
The process doesn't appear on task manager, I've tried everything. I hope you can help me, thank you!

reboot your pc, once booted:
- dont run any program at all
- goto CE's directory and run CE
if it runs normally, then maybe when your game is running it kills CE's process
otherwise (in case CE did not run after boot) goto search the startmenu for "msconfig.exe" run it and check startup tab.
disable one item, reboot, if problem exist re-enable the item and check the second one.
once found, either keep it disabled or follow the path in regedit.exe (from start menu) and delete the key.
else a corrupted binary? maybe?

Tried everything, doesn't work, I don't understand even though I deleted all the files, I don't understand the regedit part, I'm so lost I just wanna use CE c.c
