Been a long time since a was last on here, me question is semi cheat engine based, I reckon it'll tie in down the line.

I am wondering how do people make modded accounts, with money, millions of wheel spins and what I would love to learn most of all is how do people add cars into the garages, I would really love how to do it via modifying the save game but ofcourse if I could do it via cheat engine, I could then save the game with modified values.
