How do I cheat?

Friend, please help!
Recently, I can not scan the physical memory.
When choosing to scan physical memory, an error occurs
I tried to reinstall different versions of the program, nothing helps! Who faced such a problem, and knows the solution, help!

It does work for me (Win 10 1809 17763.316). Just to check - you do run with admin rights?
other possibilities: Have you tried resizing window? Have you cleared settings on new install? Do you use any scripts to autorun on any version you did try?

Yes, I ran with administrator rights and tried to resize the window. It does not help. I cleared settings, no use scripts to autorun.

Lets elaborate a bit to exclude misunderstanding and software uninstall problems (AFTER UNINSTALLATION):
There is no entry at all, or even the key alone at the following registry entry?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cheat Engine
Current version by default installs to folder:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Cheat Engine 6.8.3\"
Are you sure there is no "Cheat Engine X.Y.Z" folder at default path (Program Files - and if you at "some point" installed to another path there "too")? If so - what's the current Windows version (if you're not sure: run "winver" - include build)? Which settings do you change to activate Physical Memory?

1.After uninstallation, there is no program folder and entries in the registry.
2. Yes, default installs to folder: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cheat Engine 6.8.3\
3. Windows 10 1803 ( 17134.590 )
4. I only have one C drive.

About those steps for physical memory - you basically did that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1a9b4tz6aE ?
I can just think of either some virus scanner or similar security suite blocking/deleting necessary files or some damages system. I did create a checksum file of my ce 6.8.3 folder here. Use any checksome tool supporting sfv (I did use RapidCRC-Unicode).
If that's not working - you may check your system. Or (might be better on the long run, especially if it has been a bit since your last upgrade: do a Inplace Upgrade. This does ensure all the files are installed and resets some system settings. Remember to at best uninstall your AV during upgrades or you might experience some other problems).

Are you sure this is 6.8.3, because the combobox with regions seems to be missing
try turning off 'save window positions'
