create a folder called c:\mytrainer
close all filemanager windows (use taskmanager and close explorer.exe)
now generate the trainer and store it in c:\mytrainer

This is probably happening because the trainer/CE process(es) didn't shut down correctly. I think this very same thing happened to me a few times before. Like Dark Byte said, open the task manager. Find all the processes that belong to Cheat Engine & your trainer executable (might be under "background" processes) & end/close them.
Edit: Be sure that your trainer calls closeCE() to shutdown Cheat Engine process properly.

Sir i did it but now this says "unable to open file (c:/program files x86/cheat engine 6.8.3/i86cheatengine)"

Test the current process:
Open Cheat Engine folder
Copy the "lua53-32.dll" file and paste it onto the Desktop.
Produce the trainer again as ".exe".
and now there should be no problem in production and operation.

I tried but it didnt work too :/ i tried all things but still cant make exe trainer

Check that you aren't being 'protected' from accessing files on your harddisk

Note: In addition to the given solutions:
Unlisted suggestion: Did you use the .exe icon?
You may have changed some settings in CE! Maybe without knowing.
1) Run "ceregreset" from the CE folder.
then try again: Trainer .exe
2) If it doesn't work: CE delete and reload.
I've had this situation:
Unlike other, I've seen that .exe is not opened after production.
I fixed it with the solutions I gave.
Perhaps these ideas reach the goal.
