How do I cheat?

I'm having a tough time trying to figure out how to find a value that only lasts for a fraction of a second.

In this game, I hold a key for a split second (about ~700ms) and the goal is to release the button exactly at the top of the power meter.

I've tried searching for a float, double, 4 byte, byte, but I'm not coming up with any good results and I'm not even sure that I'm going down the right path. The address probably changes with each attempt I make.

Is this an impossible task?

possible, find what happens after releasing the button. (ultimap can help)
