|
|
Hello,
I scanned for money and XP in some game!
After that I found the dynamic address.
Next step I tried to find Pointers by "Pointer Scan for this address".
I even scanned with Max Level 5 to get a lot of results.
After that I closed game completely, started again, searched again for a new dynamic address and made rescan of my pointerscan results.
So after some time I was down from a few million results to around 50 results.
I added all in the Main windows of CE and even after many restarts of my PC and the game, A FEW already working. (So I kept them in the list and saved the file)
NOW I would like to check if one of them is the BASE POINTER.
HOW can I check if one of them is green?
In the SCREENSHOT you can see I have a lot of results for XP.
After restart PC or game they still working and everytime they Point to another address.
I guess the pointer points to another dynamic address (correct)?
# But is it possible that there are many base pointers for the SAME thing like XP or MONEY?
# ...and how can I check if one of them is the base pointer.
(Btw. is there a method to remove double results?) Maybe some are duplicates?!
I checked a few and it seems there are small differences in the value of the offsets.
...Damn I can't embed the screenshot
Not allowed to???
Even not the url
If you want to see it and help me, try:

usually there is more than one pointer, so its a usual thing to have multiple pointers points to one address.
pointer is pointer, im not sure you do you mean with base pointer.
about screen-shot:
its possible to get solid pointers from mono dll, but would not trust them anyways.

Thx for your answer!
With base pointer I mean the final pointer.
The one which will def. NOT change in any way.
There are a lot of pointers, but even they can change or are not working on every system, if you make a trainer.
The base / final pointer should work in a trainer on every system for that game.
The base / final pointer is green (the address where it points to) in the first box of the main window of CE.
Since I have found a lot of pointers I would like to check if one of them is the final pointer, so I can delete the other normal pointers.
