But now i need to understand how :
E8 A597B4FE -> call 1B4FE360
E8 is the call instruction i think but how may i convert 4 other Byte to the memory address value ?

ok got it:

1C9B4BB6 : E8 A597B4FE -> call 1B4FE360
1C9B4BBB : ..................

So 1C9B4BBB + FEB497A5 = 11B4FE360

It's just part of my answer i still don't know how to store my real call address
I don't know how to reverse my call byte by byte and how to store it without the first "1"
