Is it possible to read my local router's IP Address in lua?

I need it for setting a value in-game to my local IP Address but I was wondering if there was a way to do it automatically and have it be right even if my IP is different (so not just going like IP = "ipaddresshere" for it being static but having it actually get the router's IP Address)

You can use the LuaSocket stuff to query a website for the connection IP. Such as:
https://api.ipify.org/?format=raw

Thanks for the suggestion Very Happy I ended up doing this to get the body content from the HTML of the website: getInternet().getURL("your url here")

I don't know if that's a good method to do it though.

(i cant post urls yet lol)
