Tutorial Step 8 wrote: | Extra: This problem can also be solved using a auto assembler script, or using the pointer scanner |
Hi,
After searching online I was able to solve step 8 by manually searching for the pointers and even by doing a pointer scan comparing two pointermaps, but I'm unable to figure out how to solve it by using an auto assembler script.
Any advice please?
Thanks

you will have to patch it, either from where it ends or the root.

Thanks for the reply OCEU.
"patch it" - would that involve some kind of code injection, perhaps a 'nop' somewhere to prevent the 5000 decreasing without freezing it?
