How do I cheat?

After completing step 9 of the CE tutorial I get the following error message:
"OpenGL 1.3 or later is required"

I'm running W10 and CE 6.8.1. I've also installed latest Nvidia drivers.

that means that some opengl dll's could not be loaded. i'm currently not sure what the cause for this is.

what gpu do you use?
can you launch the graphical tutorial using a secondary gpu ? (some laptops have that option)

I've been having the same OpenGL issue, but for me I think it's because I run CE in a VM.

I think it currently doesn't support some Intel IGP's
