Cheat Engine

I found my target address on Cheat Engine. But it's read only, changes only if the game unlock it. It's the multiplier for the weapon damage. If i try to change it's value, the number doesn't change. But, if i swap weapon in the game, the game updates the value.

How can i unlock it? I write my trainer in C++. Otherwise, how can i found a method to write on it ?

You can create a thread and execute the function. Alternatively, you can also use another function that is executing real time and use that spot to call your target function (weapon damage).

It will require finding the weapon function arguments though and balancing the stack etc. is your responsibility as well.

Alter the protection of the memory to make it writeable. (VirtualProtectEx)
Keep in mind this is commonly detected by anti-cheats.
