there is this game where each time you hit an entity you gain exp based on your strength

the exp bar does not have a number that displays the amount of exp on it

how can I find the value of the exp
and change to whatever value i want to (i can only gain exp)

sorry but I'm a complete noob ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

cheat engine tutorial will teach you how to find such values, mainly by doing unknown initial value.

I tried doing that but I kept getting the string value (only visual)
