getSettings gets you the registry from the ce registry key

I played with it in this extension to play a random movie if you want to see a use that sets values https://github.com/FreeER/CE-Extensions/blob/master/playRandomMovie.lua#L68-L79

(not sure if it gives you access to anything outside of Cheat Engine's)
