How do I cheat?

I know a certain someone has already encountered this issue before and fixed it but not for me. I got this Error 123 saying my file, directory name and syntax is incorrect. It cannot create a directory and gave me this: 'C:\Users\(My name)\OneDrive\??".

And yes I have changed my settings so the default install location are my C:\ but the problem still persists. Please help.

Are you running the installer from the local disk?
If yes, what's your TEMP env. var. set to?
