How do I cheat?

well i was using this cheat table and it was working all fine, but after some time i wasn't able to open certain records or tables
help
the one with dots are the ones i can't open maybe there are others idk

If you just can't open the script, just open the CT file in a text editor; a CT file is just an XML file.
If you mean that they won't enable, IDK may be try Xs instead of dots.

i dont really know how to do that CT file thing, i try to tick the boxes but they wont tick

that just mean that that cheat will not work on that specific version of your game and needs some fixes. (or get an older version of the game)

it was working but it stopped after sometime

This is most likely because of a game update or version difference.
I think you may just want to track down who ever made the table and ask for an update.
If you can't even open a file in a text editor, I'm not sure you'll want to try updating it your self.
