I just noticed that on the current windows 10 the CE driver will stay in memory even after a reboot or shutdown. (including the state it was in when the system was shut down)

So if you have a game that tells you to close CE or reboot, then you need to manually run the "Kernelmodule unloader" that is in the CE folder to get rid of it
