I find the value of the time, but the following opcodes write can not find value. I would like to get a suggestion to write a script cooldown script thank you.

| if you can change the value of the time, you can click on the "Active" square to freeze the time to 0 so no cooldown. do I get it right?

I Active and Freez. But time is running.

Try a different debugger setting, I've had that happen to me and changing to VEH or kernalmode usually fixes it. I never seem to have much luck with the windows one, but I would give it a try if all else fails.
