my cod4 crashes when i inject hack (i use extreme injector v3.7 by master131) and i've tried to inject the dll hack to cod4 with cheat engine (iw3mp.exe>view memory>tools>inject dll) but it didn't work either (it crashes as well)

im here because i need your help, why does my cod4 crash and how can i use the hack without being able to crash my game? also i think i have COD4X 1.8 (which is a mod made by the community) and i also run on windows 10.
