Cheat Engine

I know CheatEngine can search for "Strings" of text, and you can change the value to change a word in-game, and that's neat. But this game loads data in a strange way it seems, to where, say, if I wanted to change a Character's Name, it wouldn't stay to what I change it to, as the addresses seem to change a lot as you play. That being said, is there some way I can set it up to target that whenever the name/word comes onto the game, it will change it? Or is that some super advanced stuff that CheatEngine can't do?
