I’m trying to cheat some values in Phantasy Star Online, I had a table on my old PC with Windows XP and older versions of CE and Dolphin, and everything worked fine there. Now I’m on Windows 10 with Cheat Engine 6.6 and Dolphin 5.0. CE works fine with other PC games (Ys Origin, Ys VI).
So here’s my problem: I search for my HP, find 16 dynamic addresses (they’re black) that all contain it, pairs of 2 the first cheatable and the other not (for some reason the memory seems cloned ×8), but whenever I try to change the value of one of the cheatable addresses a big memoy region around it becomes ??? (while all other clones go to the cheated value), which eventually makes the emulator crash. If I try changing the value from the memory region viewer it works fine. Like I said before I was already doing this on Win XP and it worked fine there, I could cheat values no problem without needing to use the memory viewer.
I saw another topic where one guy said the problem was fixed when turning on “Read/Write Process Memory” in CE, but that changes nothing for me. What’s going on?

after enabling kernelmode read/write, also execute this lua command:
Code: |
dbk_writesIgnoreWriteProtection(true)
