You sure can.
I had the same issue, before realizing I could enable or disable specific functionality of a script.
Once you enable the main "Massive Resources" script, you can disable an individual function within it by double-clicking its "Value."
In this case, if you want to disable the "Massive Resources" component, double-click the "Enable" value, and change it to "Disable" in the subsequent pop-up box that appears.
I should note that a much more convenient way to do this is to set hotkeys to enable/disable this function. You can highlight the "Massive Resources" function in the table list, and press Ctrl+H to edit that function's hotkeys.
Then, you can click the "Create Hotkey" button. You can then specify a key to use. To enable the "Massive Resources" function, you set its value to '1' or to disable it, use '0' instead.
(Personally, I'm using 0 on the numpad to disable it, and the decimal key to enable it.)
