Need help to change the value for the balls on this game called pinup ball,

I already found the address (random everytime like usual) however when i change the value of it the thing will change it back to the normal (etc i have 2 balls and i want to change it too per say 15 balls i edit the value and change t to 15 and keep it active, however it just change back to 2 even when the active box is checked)

can anyone help me how to change the value and get more of the balls ?
