can someone explain to me how to do this? i am trying to modify characters in my party.. how would i accomplish this with cheat engine?

Could you provide us with a bit more information? What game, do character stats change automatically with level up or do you spend points, are there stat boosting items, etc. What most people would recommend is doing a search for something like your current strength, level up, scan for new value, etc.

the game is grandia 3. and yes the stats change during level up.. there also are seed items that increase your stats by a few points. i am trying to get miranda and hect into my party instead of the default characters. sorry if i wasnt clear enough.

oh so you are trying to modify the members of the party. In that case, can you swap around party order? A thing that games frequently do is just used a single digit to represent a character in the party. If party order can be modified, try to doing "has changed" searches when shuffling around the party.

its not possible to shuffle the party. what i did was make saves right before the party changes and right after, but i get too many results back to edit them properly.
