I've found a bug in CE V6.6. When I add a hotkey bound to numeric 1, CE out of the blue starts running it all the time, which made all other hotkeys for that variable useless. To work around this I've been avoiding binding to numeric 1 key. I'm running Win 7 64 bit. If this isn't enough info I'd be happy to provide other info on request.

What happens when you change your hotkey settings for keypoll interval and reactivation delay? I assume your key isn't stuck (i.e. you've tested inside a text editor)?
