I liked it because it was super different from most sw. It was alot darker and more grey. Most of the "rebels" were bad ppl and did questionable things. There were some issues with character dev with certain ppl being under dev but overall I am glad they changed the the formula and tried something new unlike the last The Force Awakens.

I hate the jj abrams style
and the intentional lack of traditional sw music
and I hate the new characters in ep 7
overall this reboot has been terrible
but rogue one had some aesthetic as hell set design
props to the practical fx department
