So I don't know if many people know but there is a code for the playstation 2 for nfs carbon that unlocks all races in career mode from the very start and I do believe it could be saved as well?

And so am wondering is this possible in the PC version, to find where the races are stored and unlock them, preferably in the save game file?

Also is there any tool that can track all code changes in a game, I know people will argue, well cheat engine can do that but absolutely nothing shows up for for the mansion in scarface when damaging things to find mansion values?

So it would be nice to see a tool that could maybe show all changes made in memory in a separate window?
