How do I cheat?

How come CE installs some crapware (bytefence in my case) on my pc and doesn't even ask me whether i want it on my pc?
New "feature" of the installer it seems, came with the 6.6 version apparently. 
Even fired off malwarebytes (detected opencandy in installer wtf?!), something it never done before v6.6
Cut the crap CE, seriously.

| Nope, it doesn't ask if you want it. You need to read and let it know that you don't.

You use CE and never paid a cent for it meanwhile you think it's okay to rant about an installer option which takes you 10 sec to disable ? And even if it didn't (which it did) and you couldn't disable it, you'd have no legitimacy going on a rant about it

You had this screen?
if yes, you must click both "click here", and then untick (uncheck) some options.
Or maybe this screen?
if yes, you must click grayed "Advanced", and then untick (uncheck) some options.

The offers can be a bit cagey but you still have an option to disable them.

Has the source code the "additional programs" in the installation?
I don't like what I see in the installation, I don't want to install this "things" in my PC, and as is commented above, it can be disabled but the options are "hidden" to make people to install them. 
I just upgraded Cheat Engine to 6.6 from 6.5, with the NoSetup version.

I had the first screen i think, but i see the problem.
I missed the "click here" part since obviously nobody bothers to read that crap and that includes me. Thanks for the clarification.
Firing off malwarebytes is still not a good sign though, and i had to clean up a malware infection afterwards....
I hope you'll be checking what kind of "offers" you allow to creep into the installer in the future, for everyones sake.

I was Installing CE that i downloaded from official CE site, not motherfucking malware which i apparently got as "bonus package"......... dig?
Now stop being a smartarse, you need to level up more for that scrub.

-You may have installed an official copy but you didn't bother to read the installer - that's YOUR fault. The ads that get cycled are chosen by the advertiser; bad adware is routinely filtered out if any such offerings are suspicious in nature. Additionally, you have the option of using CE without the installer, free of any bundled software - again, if you bothered to read.

So.... long story short - read the installer - disable the installation of the 'extra' programs. Your responsibility to do so, especially since you should be reading the terms and conditions anyway.
Closing this so it doesn't turn into a rage convo.
