Cheat Engine

Not really a lua extension (though I guess I could make use of loadPlugin) but handy to put here anyhow

Extract all files to the cheat engine binary folder (same folder as cheatengine-x86_64.exe )

Perhaps run VC_redist.x64.exe if you feel like making sure you have the latest runtimes installed

Then inside CE go to settings->plugin . Click new and select cesmartdec.dll
Assuming you have all the runtimes installed and nothing is missing it will now show Smartdec Decompiler plugin for CE

Check the checkbox in front and click ok

Now in the disassembler you can select the start and end address of a function (hold shift for multiline selection) and then rightclick (shift still down) and choose decompile

it's not really good, but it may give some ideas on how calculations are done

ah right, it was a rar instead of zip, I fixed the link

I haven't touched it in a bit though, but perhaps the decompiler has had a update (I haven't checked their git yet)

This decompiler reminded me a lot of the Snowman decompiler of x64dbg.
I think it would be nice to add this feature to the next version of Cheat Engine, or add it to github. Maybe someone will improve the code.

it is the snowman decompiler. I only added a interface for the ce plugin system to it (and forced it to use c syntax instead of c++)
