Cheat Engine

I have a cheat engine 6.6 and about an hour ago or so I was messing with cheat engine and had two tabs. One with "4 bytes" scan and another was "All" value types. Suddenly my PC got a blue screen of death and reboot itself.

Windows 7 64-bit.

Never had this issues with cheat engine or my PC before. I thought one of my memory sticks dying and I did a memory test run (~70 minutes, one full pass without any single error).

Any ideas guys?

Did you analyze the dump file?

it is caused by dxgmms1.sys

try updating your graphics driver (or other drivers like sound or input devices)

or perhaps your graphics card is failing, or just lose

I don't have a GPU right now (I'm temporary using IGP Intel HD4600), but thank you for your reply. I'll try to update drivers and run more stability tests.

Ah, in that case i also recommend watching cpu temperatures, and making sure your CPU gets enough power (e.g overclock without properly increasing the voltage)

CE can sometimes tax the CPU more than most benchmarks, and if the CPU fails, it could also show on the IGP side
