Every time I turn on my computer for the first time it just instantaneously shuts down and after turning it on the second time then it will finally boot up.
I think I know the issue and the issue is my fan. It starts rotating slower then usual and I think that it alerts the motherboard that something is wrong. How can I boot into the motherboard bios setup? I want to see if I can change the appropriate speed for the fan to spin to let my computer boot up.
Note: if you don't understand what I mean by "boot into the Motherboard bios setup" I mean the blue screen where at the top it says "BIOS setup Utility" and at the bottom "American Megatrends Inc."
I got the same issue before. I can't remember how I solve it
But clean your PC with a blower maybe its too dusty and that's why
Check your HDD cable
Check the power supply ( I think that's it )
Check your RAM _________________
