How do I cheat?

So i downloaded Micro wars and it, obviously, is an offline game. I opened cheat engine 6.5.1 64Bit. and tried to find the address. but there was none!!!. i have used cheat engine on many games and it works most of the time. so anyone have any idea on how to find the address of this game?
