Ok, so the title pretty much explains. For some reason whenever I try to download CE the file just disappears after I click on it... I've tried the zip file as well but I just get an error that says "the archive is either in unknown format or damaged". Tried repairing the zip with WINRAR but no luck... Also, I'm on Windows 10. So yeah, any ideas?

Disable your antivirus. Windows 10 isn't the issue, your crappy antivirus is. It is deleting the archive without letting you know about it (typical virus behavior)
