How do I cheat?

Does anyone know how to fix Technojacker's old Borderlands2.cetrainer? The section for setting the boss drop rates always shows ?? instead of a value. The other items all get their numbers when you open your inventory and go back but that one stays at ??. I assume the last patch changed something.

Screen cap of the problem. If that helps explain the issue. Remove spaces.
