This is definitely a difficult time for me right now. My brother (who is still a minor, 16) has been institutionalized under the Mental Health Act in the States. Now, if it was myself, I wouldn't be so worried. But he is only a kid, and it's his first admission, in the States, which is known to be the absolute worst when it comes to Mental Health. They already put him in restraints because there isn't a "restraints minimalization" act in American legislation.
They found him running away from school with a note in his hand that said "Please help, they've taken my phone and my passport". The cops kidnapped him from there and he freaked out.
