Probably by right-clicking the instruction right before or right after that and selecting find out what addresses this instruction accesses.

Did you go back into the game and change the slider? Or enter a new zone?
Or something that might cause the game to execute the instructions you found?

Yes and yes but 0 address, other method to change render distance value ?

Something like this is probably loaded at startup. Try setting a breakpoint.
That said, what you've found may or may not be what you're actually looking for.
