Tout est dans le titre du sujet mais je recherche les offsets du jeu : vie infini, ammo, point.
all in the title of subject but I seek offsets of the game : god, ammo, point.

The game uses dynamic code that is generated at runtime and only appears in the memory after it's been used once, so I don't think you'll find static pointers.

Try AOB injections instead.
