Don't generate a EXE file but a CETRAINER instead.

In order to need that however CE needs to be installed (unlike with a EXE file).

Or you could create a tiny trainer, which is an EXE as well. (but same limitations as CETRAINER)

Also, use minimal GUI, don't use images, don't use sounds, don't use a bunch of icons, make sure you've deleted all of your data structures etc..
