my question is follow value
is it possible?

example :

There are two address. (A,B)
A value : 1472
B value : 875
i want b value follow a value
A value : 1472 > 3000
B value : 875 > (auto change) 3000
b want road along the a.
when? : always
Did you understand?
this is it possible?
