Made a quick table for something but the options won't show up in cheat engine when I load it.

Is there something wrong with it?

Somehow, the enclosing <CheatEntries> tag is missing in your ct.

<CheatTable CheatEngineTableVersion="19">

</CheatTable>

You can edit your ct file with a text editor and replace the code with the above.
