In games, most of them anyways I think, has the same value type to search for Skill Cool-down am I right ?

For example in Goliath game, I can simply choose unknown intial value, and look for either decreased or increased value, but just to rush the process what is the correct one I should use ?

i personally use all metods at disposal to engage put on what i need ,
example for health you can find the adress of exp "easiest "and look comparations on adresses with health sometimes the first 5, 4 digits are
the same adress.....
