For about three months now. Still workout 3-4 times a week, and still count calories and somewhat regulate macros, but I eat stuff like sugar, bread and potatoes again, and don't prep all of my meals. I feel content with my current physical state (the scars on the side of my belly are stretchmarks, in case you're wondering). Beach body ready imo:

As Connor pointed out, my left arm and legs also have hair on them. My chest and belly usually do too, but my girlfriend prefers if I keep it short. So every once in a while I take the trimmer and trim my chest and belly down. Then after a few weeks, I repeat the process. I trimmed it two days ago, so yeah, nearly invisibly short.
