How do I cheat?

How can i change car horsepower in nfs ug2 .... I can change the money but cannot change car specs

| probably can't. sometimes car specs can be pretty hard coded into a game. sometimes they're easy to edit in a text file like in gta

What difference does that make if its hardcoded or not? If it's a single player game anything can be edited. Just have to find where the stats are located for the given car. In some cases, reversing the file structures and edited those may be easier, but definitely possible.

| Yes, definitely possible. It's really easy if it's a mono target or has symbols for everything.

ofc all things are possible, but you'd be surprised how some safety mechanisms in games can work.

What is a monotarget ?? How to identify it ? How to identify different codes or where can i find a tutorial to answer these questions and get help ..........any help is appreciable

I would recommend going through the CE tutorial if you haven't already.
Regarding mono targets, you can google that stuff and read this forum to learn about it.
I'm not sure about your other question.

Safety mechanisms that all reside on your machine since it's single player.
Nothing that can't be bypassed or removed entirely.
