Smoking is time wasted it doesn't even get you high just takes away your craving. I realize it is something that would help you quit other drugs though because it helps with getting through the day without too much boredom and anxiety. I would rather dip till I can quit that, but really it isn't a good substitute at all. At least I can dip and do something else easily.
I was never into smoking too much because of how fucking bad it felt in your lungs and shit just so dirty. I would say the most I smoked was about half a pack ever 3-4 days.
