How do I cheat?

Hi,
I can t change (again) the value for the speedhack hotkey.
I had it setting up to 2 but now i want 4 and the problem it s always go back to 2.
Anyway if i click "Clear buton" that reset the hotkey but not the value.
Is there maybe a config file somewhere where i can edit manualy this value for that hotkey ?
