How do I cheat?

I have recently started using Bluestacks. I installed and opened Jurassic World: The Game on this program, and I was able to play. I also opened up Cheat Engine and attempted to change the value of my resources. I found the values correctly and verified that these are in fact the correct values. However, I am unable to change the values. Can anyone help me with this?
