How do I cheat?

I recently heard about Cheat Engine and decided to try it. However, I am not the admin on the computer I use and so I can not use the installer - so I tried downloading CheatEngine65NoSetup.rar and tried extracting it. Whenever I do so, I get the 'No Archive Found' message (I tried re-downloading it)... what am I doing terribly wrong?

| Better to have admin privileges. You should ask your admin.

If you can't get past your virus scanner to even download CE, what makes you think you'll have any luck running it?

-I know it's not. But since I don't know the circumstances of your situation, I can only make assumptions regarding the reasoning why your file will not open, why it is being removed without you knowing and/or why it may not have even downloaded fully in the first place - all of which, might be a problem relating to your lacking permissions.
Additionally, even if you are able to run CE, you may still face issues performing certain tasks without the appropriate permissions in place.
