Hello i have found the real coordinates of the player but when i see what instructions do access my coordinates it show me garbage istructions
my goal here is to find the player speed

Assuming that you actually do have the correct values for coordinates, one thing to keep in mind is that, some of these instructions are only 'reading' from your coordinate address, and may apply to things like collision checks, gravity and other restrictive checks etc..
Depending on what kind of script that you are wanting to write, you can just ignore the oddball instructions that are not relative.
If the instructions are indeed, not correct, I would check to make sure that you're not seeing anything showing up from one of your scripts that you have activated. Other than that, maybe obfuscated code? I don't know.

I have no scripts activated and i doubt about obfuscated code
when i put a value in this address and make a step it teleport me to the x coordinate so i think its the right one.. and all the instructions are odd basically
what you suggest to do?

You shouldn't have to make a step first in order to teleport unless there are no instructions that are constantly accessing your coordinate values, which is unlikely.
Try to find better coordinate values. That may be your problem.
