I used cheat engine to find the "fuel" value in a game, then I used "Find What Writes to This Address." I got a result and viewed it in the dissembler. Its address read as "PlayerProfile::SpendFuel+41". This will always point to the correct instruction, but I have no idea what it is or how I would be able to program something in C that would find that address. I understand how "example.dll + 41" would work but not "xx::xx + 41" Thanks for any help! :D

You can turn them off by Memory Viewer/View/Show symbols.
